Of paper clips...


These two little ones were in charge of paper clips at the Relay For Life of Renton.

Both of them were extremely proud of their grandma, who had survived breast cancer.

As each Relayer passed them on the track, they handed them a paper clip. It was a very important job, you see, as laps were counted by the distance of your paper clip train. And since you Relay for 24 hours, handing out paper clips one-by-one for an entire day is no small feat. It's because of dedication like these wee munchkins have, that I Relay.
