A few days of NASCAR
Just what you wanted to see! Nothing like a smiling Kevin Harvick as he heads to his 29 just before the Bass Pro Shops 500 began...
The green flag waved under sunny skies in Atlanta and the GM Goodwrench Chevy started its march from 41st. On lap five, Harvick barely missed a crash between Kevin Lepage, Rusty Wallace and Mike Skinner in turn two. The caution sent everyone to pit road and Harvick changed all four tires and returned to action in the 32nd position.
His good looks couldn't keep him in the running though, as an out of balance wheel pulled him from green flag conditions on lap 28, and he never recovered.
